According to CCTV News, which obtained the information at the press conference for the 2025 6G Development Conference, the 2025 6G Development Conference will be held in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone from November 13 to 14. At this conference, the results of the 2025 6G technology tests and the latest research outcomes in key scenarios such as 6G "communication-intelligence integration" and immersive communication will be released, providing technical guidance for 6G standardization and industrialization.
As an international event in China’s 6G field with the most comprehensive technical coverage, highest professional level, and greatest influence, the 6G Development Conference has been successfully held for four consecutive sessions. The 2025 6G Development Conference is co-hosted by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and the IMT-2030 (6G) Promotion Group, and co-organized by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and the Administrative Committee of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone.
It is understood that this year’s conference, themed "Intelligent Connection of the Globe, Jointly Building a 6G Technology Innovation Ecosystem", will take advancing the formulation of unified global 6G standards through innovation as its core goal.
