On November 6, during the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE), Siemens officially launched the Siemens Xcelerator Green & Low-Carbon Channel. Ms. Ma Qing, Executive Vice President of Siemens Ltd., China and Head of People & Sustainability, and Mr. Hu Jianjun, General Manager of Siemens Xcelerator China and Chairman of Siemens Digital Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. As an important ecological partner, TÜV SÜD Group (hereinafter referred to as "TÜV SÜD") was invited to participate in the joint launch. Mr. Wang Weibo, Director of Management Services for TÜV SÜD Greater China, attended the event, and the two parties joined hands to promote the green development of the industry.
At the launch ceremony, Mr. Hu Jianjun of Siemens introduced that as an open innovation and collaborative empowerment platform, Siemens Xcelerator has now gathered more than 300 partners and over 400 proven products and solutions. It has formed a preliminary ecological system covering multiple links such as product R&D, manufacturing, and operation services. The newly launched Green & Low-Carbon Channel is an important layout of the platform in response to the "dual carbon" goals and enterprise transformation needs. It will provide enterprises with an online integrated platform covering information, products, resources, and communities, build a "bridge" for digital and low-carbon transformation, and help enterprises achieve precise planning and efficient implementation of transformation paths.
Subsequently, Ms. Ma Qing of Siemens supplemented the core value and service system of the Green & Low-Carbon Channel. She emphasized that the channel will build three core capability matrices: "cutting-edge information aggregation", "business ecological expansion", and "knowledge and capability empowerment". In terms of content, it will focus on hot areas such as "energy conservation and carbon reduction", "high-quality overseas development", and "circular economy", establishing a full-chain service system from policy interpretation and industry insights to solution implementation and case experience sharing.
As an important part of the launch ceremony, Mr. Wang Weibo of TÜV SÜD was invited to give a keynote speech, interpreting the opportunities and challenges of enterprise transformation from the perspective of the global industrial pattern. Mr. Wang Weibo pointed out: "The current global industrial pattern is undergoing profound restructuring. Chinese enterprises are shifting from the traditional model of 'products going global' to 'brands and production capacity taking root overseas'.
