On August 18, the project of Tailan New Energy's all-solid-state battery production base in Hubei was successfully signed in Wuhan.
It is understood that Tailan New Energy has continuously accelerated its efforts in the R&D and industrialization of all-solid-state batteries, achieving new breakthroughs in safety performance and elevating overall performance to new heights.
The company has currently deepened cooperation with multiple enterprises in the fields of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and embodied intelligence to advance the commercialization of all-solid-state batteries.

The landing of this project in Hubei, following Tailan's R&D and production bases in Beijing, Chongqing, Anhui, and other regions, marks the initial formation of Tailan's multi-point manufacturing network covering core new energy regions across the country for solid-state batteries.
Tailan New Energy boasts a world-leading technical route for solid-state batteries. The Hubei production base project will advance from technology to mass production and application of all-solid-state batteries, which will significantly accelerate the commercialization process of Tailan's all-solid-state batteries.

In May this year, Tailan New Energy's independently developed In-situ Submicron Industrial Film Deposition (ISFD) technology for solid-state batteries successfully won the "2025 China-Europe New Energy Vehicle Key Technology Innovation Award."
This technology completely abandons the separator structure in traditional liquid batteries. Originally, traditional liquid batteries consist of four main components: positive electrode, negative electrode, separator, and electrolyte. However, Tailan's semi-solid-state battery products took the lead in eliminating the organic separator and part of the electrolyte; further advancing to the all-solid-state battery stage, both the separator and electrolyte will be completely discarded.
Its ultimate goal is to realize an "separator-free and anode-free all-solid-state battery," retaining only the cathode material and completely breaking the inherent model of traditional batteries.
At present, the ISFD technology has formed a complete ecological layout covering material systems, process equipment, and cell design, greatly improving the energy density and safety of batteries. It is regarded by the industry as a "milestone breakthrough in next-generation power batteries."
