With the surge in demand for seamless and convenient touch interactions from smart home appliances, Zhongwei Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongwei Semiconductor, Stock Code: 688380) announced the launch of its32-bit high-performance touch control chip series based on the Arm Cortex®-M0+ core: CMS32F759 and CMS32F737. These two touch chips feature a rich set of peripheral modules, strong anti-interference capabilities, and high touch sensitivity, and are designed with advanced power consumption management to provide excellent human-machine interface (HMI) solutions for large household appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, water heaters, dishwashers, etc., contributing to industry upgrading.

Equipped with a 64MHz main frequency Arm Cortex®-M0+ core, featuring up to 256KB Flash ROM, 16KB SRAM and 3.5KB Data Flash, it provides a solid processing foundation for complex tasks such as user interaction logic, data transmission, and graphics processing.


High-sensitivity touch control performance

Adopting patented touch algorithm, it supports up to 49 high-sensitivity touch channels, with strong water resistance, water overflow detection performance, and is resistant to interference (CS static and dynamic 10V), and has low radiation characteristics, ensuring stable and reliable operation in complex electromagnetic household appliance scenarios.
