During the 2025 Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition, AXERA, a leading domestic enterprise specializing in innovative R&D of AI chips, and Aptiv, a globally renowned technology company focused on automotive and mobility solutions, announced a cooperation on advanced driver assistance products. Building on their existing mass production project collaboration, Aptiv will develop a new generation of front-view intelligent camera products and supporting ADAS system solutions based on AXERA's independently developed new-generation ADAS chip M57, which features high performance, low power consumption, and high intelligent cost-effectiveness. This solution has successfully secured mass production orders for a European-export model from a leading domestic new energy vehicle OEM.
M57 is the new generation of AI chip for advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) developed by XaiCheng. It is designed for the global market and regulatory requirements, and can achieve a unified platform solution both domestically and internationally. It has a number of innovative technologies and unique advantages: full-chain self-developed IP, system performance can provide sufficient perception, computing and data processing capabilities for intelligent driving, meeting the needs of different scenarios; integrated MCU, achieving a complete solution with a single chip; ISO26262 ASIL-B and ISO21434 for functional safety and information security, the ultra-low power consumption design of the chip supports a variety of vehicle models to adapt.
Subsequently, Ai Xing Yuan Zhi will continue to deepen its cooperation with Aptiv to jointly explore new technologies, new products, and new applications in the field of advanced ADAS. The two parties are expected to further cooperate based on Ai Xing Yuan Zhi's series of automotive chips in the future, to jointly promote the continuous upgrading of advanced ADAS technology.
