At the recently concluded SEMICON China 2026, a global flagship semiconductor industry event, Shenzhen Wanliyan Technology Co., Ltd. unveiled a 110GHz spectrum analyzer, marking substantial progress in core technologies of domestic high-end test instruments.
The newly launched 110GHz spectrum analyzer achieves key breakthroughs in two critical indicators: higher frequency capability and wider analysis bandwidth. It delivers continuous coaxial coverage from 2Hz to 110GHz, and features an ultra-large analysis bandwidth of 8.4GHz as well as a industry-leading 2GHz real-time analysis bandwidth. The latter represents an increase of nearly 400% compared with the export control thresholds specified in the Wassenaar Arrangement. This performance upgrade enables domestic instruments to provide stronger quantitative analysis capabilities when evaluating wideband modulated signals for 5G, conducting pre-research on future 6G communication technologies, and capturing transient signals in complex electromagnetic environments.

In terms of application value, the instrument directly supports strategic industries including communications and semiconductors. In semiconductor R&D, as chips evolve toward higher frequencies, traditional discrete testing solutions suffer from inaccurate measurements and low efficiency. The full-band coaxial coverage of this instrument provides more efficient testing support for the design and verification of RF and digital chips.
In the communications industry, amid the rapid evolution of 5G-A, 6G, WiFi 7 and other new technologies, the device integrates three core functions in a single mainframe: spectrum scanning, vector signal analysis, and real-time spectrum analysis. It also supports Sub-THz prototype verification at frequencies above 500GHz and bandwidths up to 20GHz, offering essential testing tools for the development of next-generation communication standards.
Furthermore, in the field of aerospace information, as one of the few domestic instruments capable of broadband measurement in the W-band (75GHz–110GHz), it provides reliable testing support for space-ground integrated networking and intelligent perception systems.
Following the release of its 90GHz ultra-high-speed real-time oscilloscope, Wanliyan has gradually expanded its product portfolio to cover high-speed optoelectronic interconnection, RF microwave, and digital network testing. Against the current industrial landscape, independent control of high-end instruments has drawn extensive attention as foundational support for scientific research and industrial upgrading.
Wanliyan stated that the company will continue to focus on core root technologies including materials, processes, chips and algorithms, and is committed to building a more complete high-end instrument ecosystem.
