On August 27, the structural topping-out of Sigo New Energy’s Nantong Smart PV-Storage-Charging System Mass Production Base was successfully completed. It took only three months from groundbreaking to the topping-out of the main structure, with a construction speed far exceeding the conventional construction period, vividly demonstrating the mutual commitment of "Suxitong Service" and "Sigo Speed".

As one of Sigo New Energy’s core global production plants, the Nantong Smart PV-Storage-Charging System Mass Production Base holds an important position in the company’s global strategic layout.
Covering a total land area of approximately 115 mu (about 76,667 square meters) and a total gross floor area of around 136,000 square meters, the project has a total investment of 500 million yuan. Its overall planning includes production workshops, R&D and design centers, warehouses, a comprehensive office building, and supporting facilities. It will build a modern smart factory focusing on the large-scale production of core products such as PV inverters, residential energy storage PACKs, industrial and commercial energy storage PACKs, and backup power cabinets (Gateways). After completion and commissioning, the annual output of inverters and energy storage PACKs is expected to exceed 300,000 units.
While accelerating its production capacity layout, Sigo New Energy continues to enrich its product matrix and has now formed a complete distributed solution matrix: from the world’s first "5-in-1" integrated PV-storage-charging machine, to industrial and commercial PV-storage systems, and then to the newly launched residential hybrid inverters and micro-inverters. Its product line continues to expand to meet the diversified needs of the global market. Relying on this advantage, the company has quickly won wide recognition from channel partners and end users, and has received consistent praise since its products were launched.
With the completion of the Nantong Smart PV-Storage-Charging System Mass Production Base, Sigo will gain stronger local response capabilities and global delivery support capabilities, and will also provide solid and powerful manufacturing support for the large-scale delivery of innovative products.
During the construction process, the project received comprehensive support from the Nantong Municipal Government and the Suxitong Science and Technology Industrial Park. From early-stage communication, site selection coordination to groundbreaking promotion, the relevant mechanisms operated efficiently and the services were practical and in place, creating favorable conditions for the rapid advancement of the project.
In the future, the Nantong Smart PV-Storage-Charging System Mass Production Base will fully align with industry-leading standards in terms of intelligence and digitalization. It will realize a digital closed loop from "planning management - production management - equipment management" and build a full-life-cycle quality tracking system covering "incoming supply materials - factory manufacturing - logistics and distribution - product installation - actual use", ensuring that every link is visible, traceable, and controllable.
The completion of the Nantong Smart PV-Storage-Charging System Mass Production Base will not only become a new model of intelligent manufacturing in Nantong, but also serve as a core fulcrum of Sigo’s global production capacity layout, injecting strong momentum into the new energy industry.
